What We Collect

Conversation content

When you send a message, your question and the agent's response are logged. This helps us monitor service quality and improve the agents over time.

Session information

A session identifier is generated for your browser tab each visit. This groups your conversation together for review purposes. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account.

IP address

Your device's IP address is recorded with each session. This is used to identify unusual activity, not to identify individuals.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any login credentials. You are not required to identify yourself to use these agents.

Where It Is Stored

Infrastructure

Conversation data is stored in Vercel KV, a cloud database service provided by Upstash. Vercel and Upstash infrastructure is based in the United States. By using these agents, conversation data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

AI processing

Messages are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses. Anthropic is a US-based AI company. Conversations are not used to train Anthropic's AI models.

How Long It Is Kept

Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.

Admin access logs

Records of who accessed the admin panels and when are retained for 12 months.
